Biography

Andy Simone, MBA, is an accomplished outsourced Chief Financial Officer with three decades of finance and accounting leadership.

Over the course of his career, Andy has held eight permanent CFO roles and even served four years as a CEO, developing a reputation for strengthening financial performance, leading organizational turnarounds,
and helping executive teams surpass their goals. His work consistently centers on improving margins, driving operational efficiency, and building strong, collaborative leadership cultures.

Since 2020, Andy has led Fraction Finance, providing outsourced CFO services to a diverse portfolio of clients. Known for his ability to quickly diagnose financial challenges and implement practical solutions, he has become a trusted advisor to boards,
ownership groups, and executive teams navigating growth, restructuring, and financial
distress.

William (Bill) C. Wiedel, Jr.

Chief Financial Officer

Experience

With over 41 years of banking and finance experience, Bill has a broad range of financial expertise, including serving 5 years as CEO of the largest bank headquartered in Baltimore, CFO of a public community bank and manager at Ernst & Young. Bill is currently performing board, fractional executive, consulting and business development services for clients.

Bill has been on the Board of New Republic Bank since 2021. He also serves as the Chair of the Audit Committee and sits on the Operations and Risk Committee. Bill previously served on the
board of directors of CFG Bank for three years ending December 2023.

Bill is a graduate of Loyola College (now University), where he earned both his M.B.A. (Sellinger School of Business) and B.A. in Accounting. Bill serves on Loyola University’s Sellinger School of Business Board of Sponsors, the board of directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Baltimore, the board of directors for Dominion Community Development Corporation and the Advisory Board of Vehicles for Change.
